The Breeder Program offers breeders the opportunity to advertise on the CEB-US website while committing to meet basic health standards. Each breeder featured here has paid for the listing and pledged to adhere to the CEB-US Official Policy Concerning Canine Hip Dysplasia. Please note that the CEB-US does not endorse or promote any particular breeders, kennels, or breed pairings. Puppy buyers should perform their own due diligence in vetting a breeder and breed pairing to ensure they align with their respective needs while holding true to the bird dog standard that defines an Epagneul Breton.
